Recruited, trained, and managed sales representatives at ABC Supply, Bradco, Lansing Building Products, 84 Lumber, Norandex, Eastern Aluminum, Richards Building Supply, and SRS Building Supply. Territory Manager – Makita USA – Developed relationships and negotiated contracts with product contractors and distributors. Formulated sales growth plan and penetrated market generating $800,000 in sales. Responsible for all product delivery and service after the sale.

Baldino’s Lock and Key, Inc. was founded by Albert M. Baldino in 1961. What started as a hobby has expanded to include over 100 highly trained employees, technicians, and experts that service 15 lock shops from Virginia to Maryland, adding a locksmith wholesale supply distributorship, and an electronic security division.
